Up the flights of stairs, up to the third floor. Through the emergency exit and through the staff door. First left down the hall, then another. Pass collections, Nine o’clock sharp, I am in the lab. “Let’s see how many vials we have left to go.”
Only 463 and it’s the end of the show. This is the last box of miscellaneous, with a few trays. An imaginary calendar with so many days. This might seem like a lot for some, but this is nothing compared to the sum. Thirty-Thousand specimens, we have to make sure we get them in. I take vials and fill the trays, the table shows our job for the day. Now to pick my weapon, the thing to find the specimen. The microscope!
The Microscope! Choose the correct one. Some with light some and some with sight. How can I choose one? The holy grail!

The holy grail! We have a ring of light! The glow of light pristine. Who knew the lab could look so intense, with a glowing light so clean? What couldn’t be seen can now be seen and all is safe in the lab.
So pick your dish, a Petri dish, and empty in it a vial. In it you will see the mystery which can only be called science. Turn the chaos into light, and separate all into orders. But the orders aren’t all you do, for information will be lost.
Find the folder and the name, to make sure all is well. After this is the simple task of finding the correct jar.
Put them in and then you win! Another free round of sorting. So come with us, the arthropod crew, and entomology you will do.
